OCEEF trykker på Polygon for at hjælpe med at bringe dybhavsforskning til Web3

Polygon for at hjælpe 'redde havet'-gruppen med at bringe sit avancerede fartøj RV Odyssey til metaversen, demokratiserende adgang og styring.

Polygon, Ethereum-skaleringsløsningen, der hjælper med at bringe millioner af almindelige brugere til Web3, er gået sammen med bevaringsplatformen Ocean Conservation Exploration and Education Foundation for at hjælpe med at fremme dybhavsforskning og -uddannelse.

The collaboration will see OCEEF leverage Polygon’s technology to deliver to the masses a Web3 experience of deep-sea missions in the metaverse.

Web3-oplevelse og demokratiseret adgang

Adgang til decentral styring via blockchain-platforme er en trend, der hurtigt tager til over hele kloden, og fordelene ved gennemsigtighed og ansvarlighed bidrager til væksten. Polygon og OCEEFs samarbejde vil udforske disse fordele.

Ved at bruge Polygons teknologi vil OCEEF åbne op for adgang til RV Odyssey, et avanceret forskningsfartøj, der især blev vist i BBCs Blue Planet II. 

As noted, Polygon will help democratise access and project missions via a distributed governance system, while users will help fund Odyssey through unique NFTs, the team noted in the meddelelse.

"We see web3 as a critical accelerator in engaging and educating people about the importance of the Ocean. Using our Polygon partnership and its carbon-neutral tech as a launchpad, we will be using technology to democratise access to the vessel through multiple web3 platforms as well as provide participants with the ability to help decide the vessel’s future itinerary and research,” Alex Moukas, founder of OCEEF said.

OCEEF vil også arbejde med web3 SaaS-platformen dSphere – som tilbyder en multi-chain økosystemintegration inklusive wallet support, NFT markedsplads, smarte kontrakter og orakler.
