ReACT V6.0

The innovative password reset and synchronization tool designed to automate the password reset process, improve corporate security controls, and take a workload off the help desk.

Advanced Software Products Group (ASPG, Inc.) has announced V6.0 of ReACT, the innovative password reset and synchronization tool designed to automate the password reset process, improve corporate security controls, and take a workload off the help desk.

Significant to ReACT’s v6.0 developments are a brand-new user interface to include new features, functionality, and a more modern user experience to the self-service portal. These UI advances continued throughout the portal with intuitive enhancements and dynamic alerting and feedback notifications. Back components to the self-service portal have been converted from VN.NET to C# and further workflow changes allows the portal to cater to the state of the user. Additions to the self-service homepage includes the ability to add a dynamic number of custom tiles, each linking to a different resource for easy access.

Authentication features within ReACT have also been expanded to include SAML and RSA authentication, which allow sites to leverage their IDP/SAML and RSA solutions for authenticating users to ReACT. This was also expanded to the help desk portal, where users can now be authenticated by help desk administrators using DUO and RSA authentication. The help desk portal also features a new “Caller Verification” panel which can be used for simply verifying a user to the help desk for any and all tasks.

Further UI improvements have been made throughout the tool’s administration portal on all tables, alerts, modals, and much more. An intuitive What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor has been added to the notification panel to improve the ability to customize all notifications within ReACT. Within System Grouping, the ability to remove or disassociate a system group from a system on their respective extension panels has been added. Finally, within the help desk panel, the ability to update phone carrier and/or country codes for SMS record on ReACT ID details have been added.

General fixes have also been completed throughout the administration and help desk portals for a more seamless experience.
