The banks have completed drafting the final credit agreement and are currently signing the paperwork as one of the last steps towards transferring funds to Musk.
Larry Ellison, co-founder of Oracle Corp., and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal will contribute $7.1 billion as equity investors.
