Fantasy: EPL S16 playoffs game open to play, BanKs leads the celebrity leaderboard

The last phase of ESL Pro League Season 16 is finally around the corner. After four weeks of group stage action, the playoffs will decide which team will leave Malta with the trophy, $175,000, and an invite for BLAST Premier World Final 2022

While the last 12 squads battle it out for the lion’s share of the prize pool and a notch in the Intel Grand Slam belt, users will fight for skin prizes in the HLTV x Roobet League and points for the Fall Season 2022 Fantasy Leaderboard.

FaZe come into the playoffs with one goal in mind: lift the trophy and claim their first-ever Intel Grand Slam title. The international squad has performed incredibly well in playoff scenarios this year, and users seem to maintain confidence in their ability to go all the way.

The trio of Finn “⁠karrigan⁠” Andersen ($175,000), Helvijs “⁠broky⁠” Saukants ($215,000), and Russel “⁠Twistzz⁠” Van Dulken ($211,000) currently tops the charts for the most popular picks in this edition of the Fantasy game with more than 2200 picks each.

Timofey “⁠interz⁠” Yakushin ($184,000) and Justin “⁠jks⁠” Savage ($190,000) have also proven popular due to their relatively affordable value and their 1.16 and 1.13 ratings respectively at the event so far.

The celebrity fantasy league will also continue, with several recognizable figures in the scene competing for $1,000. The Canadian caster’s best performer was Kaike “⁠KSCERATO⁠” Cerato which he deployed with the Support role, netting 152 points.
