Game On! Summit Gathers Leading NFT and Play-to-Earn Projects in One Event

Game On! Summit is a free 3-day virtual conference that brings together NFT projects, play-to-earn games, the artists, the companies, and everyone important to this growing NFT and Play-to-earn scene. The conference will be from September 27 to 29, 2021. Tickets are free. Register on this link.

MaGESpire, organizer of Game On! Summit said the event will bring together some of the biggest names in the space, including Gala Games, Aavegotchi, Animoca Brands, and The Sandbox. “I’m thrilled to announce this inaugural summit that would gather some of the best minds and top-notch speakers to debate and share unique perspectives and knowledge on the Blockchain & NFTs space in the context of GAME industries,” said Bowie Lau, founder of MaGESpire. GAME stands for Gaming, Art, Music and Entertainment, the industries that NFTs and Play-to-earn are currently disrupting.

According to Jason Brink, president of Blockchain at Gala Games, the next iteration of GAME is with NFTs that allows for true digital item ownerships regardless of it being an offline or online asset. “This will affect many of the traditional businesses and business model as we know it. Looking forward to hear from the other speakers and from the start-ups who will be pitching,” Jason said in a statement.

NFTs have surged to new highs especially in the 2nd quarter of 2021 and right now has $2.5 billion in sales so far this year. This figure is way beyond what NFTs achieved last year, which, while already large at $13.7 million, still pales in comparison from the figure this year. NFTs can be anything, from art, to virtual lands. From creatures to online trading cards.
