Here’s How Cooper Turley Became a Crypto Millionaire

The world is full of crypto millionaires, and each one has their own unique story. Here is one about Cooper Turley, a 25-year-old who began investing in crypto at a young age roughly four years ago.

Cooper Turley Has a Lot of Crypto

It was 2017, and like many other people, Turley found himself getting caught up in the bitcoin and crypto hype. BTC saw itself rising to what was then its largest price yet of roughly $20,000 per coin, and still a college student, Turley thought he would take a chance with a few hundred dollars he had managed to save up. He says:

It was not a lot at all. At that point, I was still in college, working some ad hoc jobs. I was just putting a couple hundred dollars in here and there.

Prior to his getting rich through crypto, however, Turley saw his net worth tank, and he had to deal with getting himself out of the darkness before he could see the light. As we all remember, bitcoin came crashing down the following year in 2018, eventually losing more than 70 percent of its value and stumbling all the way down to the mid-$3,000 range.

However, Turley says that at that point, while everyone was writing bitcoin off as something that was just a failing fad, he decided to keep going, and continue his investments as though nothing had ever happened. It was not long before those decisions paid off, as he now boasts a crypto stash that is worth seven figures at press time. He comments:

In 2017, I saw my net worth basically come crashing down. It was during the midst of two to three years, when everyone kind of wrote it off that I was heavily investing… I do not feel like I have made it by any stretch. There are far more people who are far better off than me in crypto, but I do feel really thankful.

Learning All He Can

He says that 90 percent of his wealth has been accumulated in just the last two years alone. In addition, he has not just focused on bitcoin. His journey to crypto millionaire status has introduced him to several other altcoins and digital assets including Ethereum, which he is primarily excited by thanks to its abilities with smart contracts. He says:

I fell down this rabbit hold of being fascinated by how the technology works and how I could make a name for myself and become an expert on the industry as a whole… I am entirely self-taught. I started interacting with the Ethereum network a lot more. I became fascinated with learning who the key players were and staying up on the latest trends.

Since his success first began, he has managed to pay off most of his student debt. He has also inspired his parents to begin investing in crypto as well.
