Moreover, Musk’s complaints about Bitcoin’s (BTC) energy consumption lead to a severe market crash in May. In addition, the billionaire makes a point to continuously troll the crypto on Twitter, affecting the crypto price with each meme.

Increasing Celebrity Endorsement on Bitcoin

There could be an ever-growing list of celebs advocating for Bitcoin. More so, the Bitcoin 2021 conference in Miami could see huge celebrity endorsements, with skateboarder Tony Hawk and boxer Floyd Mayweather coming to discuss the gospel of Bitcoin.

Added to this, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey will host a panel at the convention. Even more, Libertarian and former Congressman Ron Pauls, also Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis, are the political figureheads who stay bullish about Bitcoin.

For instance, Paris Hilton is one of the earliest celebrity currency adopters passing all-in in 2016. Currently, her efforts are mainly focused on her many diverse ventures into non-fungible tokens.

Few celebrities who look like a Dogecoin influencer started as Bitcoin fans or have stakes in both. Furthermore, one of the biggest Dogecoin celebrities, Mark Cuban, has been interested in Bitcoin.
