Many have already commented on the sheer ambition on display with FMPONE and Corey Laddo’s Half-Life Alyx: Levitation mod. This impressive new project adds a four- to five-hour-long campaign to Half-Life: Alyx, and even though it comes with no cost to players who own the base game, it boasts a level of visual fidelity and production value that rivals Valve’s output. It appears that the organizers of yesterday’s PC Gaming Show felt especially impressed by Half-Life Alyx: Levitation, as they devoted nearly eight minutes to showing an extended gameplay demonstration of the upcoming mod.
The demonstration begins with the titular Alyx in a network of dark hallways filled with bloated alien sacs.
