Blur Airdrop Farmers Boost Trading Volumes

Priced at $99 apiece, the zbirka of 45,000 trading cards was minted on the Polygon blockchain and sold out in less than a day.

NFT holders have a chance to win various Trump-themed prizes that include dinner with the former president, a round of golf, and individual and group Zoom calls.

NFT marketplace Blur is running its third and final airdrop Kampanja before the BLUR token launches in January. 

Users who place bids on the platform are rewarded with points, with more points accruing to bids placed closest to the floor price of the collection.

As a result, trading volume has spiked to levels last seen in May, according to a popular Twitter account tracking the NFT space.

The resulting surge in buy-side liquidity has led to an uptick in prices across popular collections, and the campaign runs until the end of the month. Blur has been processing more daily volume than OpenSea since Dec. 10, according to a Dune poizvedba.
