With AV now an essential and strategic part of organisations across diverse verticals, the need to hire and retain talent has never been greater but nor has the demand – recruitment specialists tell us that the AV job market is as competitive as it’s ever been with more jobs than candidates.

We are investigating the impact of these factors – how salaries have changed, which skills are most in demand, which roles are toughest to fill and how the industry is rising to the challenge of attracting and nurturing new young talent.
