SEATTLE — Bank Automation Summit Fall 2022 kicks off today with a fireside chat featuring U.S. Bank Chief Technology Officer Ian Eslick. The two-day event will also include panel discussions, presentations and networking opportunities around three key themes:
- Enhancing the development of automated processes
Banks are looking to citizen developers for innovative automation solutions as many financial institutions in the second quarter increased their investments in new technologies and talent. Summit speakers will review use cases and considerations that banks can weigh when making the move toward citizen developers.
- Prioritizing risk evaluation and mitigation
Sessions will deliver what banks and other organizations keep at the forefront of their risk assessments when weighing moves to the cloud: partnering with fintechs, build versus buy, and citizen development. The Summit will break out considerations for financial institutions when leveraging new technologies and processes.
- Leaning on automation to improve CX
Panelists and presenters will offer a look into their own practices, provide use cases, and leave attendees with takeaways on how automated processes can improve both customer experience (CX) and the employee experience. From chatbot solutions to digitizing back-end processes, speakers will address how to prioritize and develop CX through automation.
