Binance Secures Martin Bruncko as Executive Vice President of Europe

Binance announced that it has secured the services of Martin Bruncko as its new Executive Vice President of Europe.

Finance Magnates recently learned in a press release that Martin Bruncko, a financial executive veteran with extensive expertise in building transformational tech companies, has been recruited by Binance, the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain technology infrastructure provider, as its new Executive Vice President of Europe.

Bruncko brings a unique combination of government and technological experience to the position at Binance. His experience lies in building transformational tech companies and national and international policymaking for finance and innovation.

Concurrently, Bruncko holds four separate posts on top of his new position at Binance. The positions include Founder and Managing Partner at Steam Capital; Member of the Investment Committee at European Innovation Council Fund; Advisor to the Government of Dubai; and Founder and Chieftain at Druid Collective.

An Extensive Vocational Record

Earlier to his existing positions, Bruncko has held various roles consisting mainly of a founder, executive, board member and advisor for several European deep tech and fintech companies, including Evolution, Binance, AeroMobil, Stasis, GA Drilling and Neulogy. Additionally, he became a member of the investment committee of the European Innovation Council Fund. This is the largest deep tech investment fund in Europe.

Before this, Bruncko had held several senior government positions. To mention a few, he recently advised the European Commissioner for Research and Innovations. Also, he joined the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and later received a promotion to Senior Director/Head of Europe. At the United Nations, he took on the role of Special Advisor to the President of the General Assembly. Moreover, he became the Chief Economic Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Slovakia. Further, ESM – European Stability Mechanism recruited him as a Board Member.
