ECG Celebrates Their 10-Year Anniversary Supporting Cisco BroadWorks…

“We look forward to many more years of advancing the capabilities of Alpaca – and making our clients’ lives easier.” – Mark Lindsey, VP / Sr. Member of Technical Staff at ECG

Ten years ago, ECG introduced an effective Cisco BroadWorks management toolset to their customers with the unveiling of Alpaca. Initially, it was launched with a cyber security emphasis, and that still holds true today.

Alpaca has evolved over time to support the addition and management of thousands of new users, along with new features such as “pay for what you need” licensing flexibility and a User Self-Care portal. This portal is vital for running Cisco BroadWorks at scale.

Alpaca helps some of the largest BroadWorks networks stay secure all over the world. And because of this solution, ECG is able to maintain superior service to such clients as the U.S. Department of Justice along with many other national, regional, and local service providers.

“After 10 years, we’re excited to continue to provide global organizations with the gold standard for Cisco BroadWorks management with Alpaca’s strong, stable, long-term toolset,” says Mark Lindsey, VP / Sr. Member of Technical Staff at ECG. He continues, “We look forward to many more years of advancing the capabilities of Alpaca – and making our clients’ lives easier.”

ECG is the technology resource that helps businesses keep their networks up to date and secure. Get more in-depth information by visiting their website.
