GROW with Singlife and AllianzGI Launch SGD-Fund Offering Monthly Dividends – Fintech Singapore

GROW with Singlife, an investment platform under the homegrown financial services company Singlife, has formed a strategic partnership with asset manager Allianz Global Investors Singapore Limited (AllianzGI).

This alliance aims to provide investors and advisors with robust wealth management solutions. The inaugural product of this collaboration is the Allianz Global Income fund, available exclusively through GROW’s network. This Singapore dollar (SGD) based fund will provide monthly dividends to investors.

The Allianz Global Income fund has assets under management totaling US$ 161.7 million, as of 31 December 2023. It utilises a multi-asset investment approach, allocating capital across international equities and bonds for long-term income and growth, while managing downside risk.

The fund aims for consistent monthly dividends with an annualised distribution yield of 7.85%. It seeks to enhance diversification by investing in global equities, bonds, and convertible securities. Additionally, the fund’s strategic asset allocation aims to reduce overall portfolio volatility.

The Allianz Global Income fund’s initial public offering began on 15 March 2024, and is accessible to GROW’s advisors and clients through its platform.

Akhil Doegar, Chief Executive Officer, GROW with Singlife said,

“In today’s dynamic global market, local investments are insufficient to achieve diversification. The Allianz Global Income fund, with its rigorous investment process and proven track record, aligns perfectly with our vision.

The portfolio is well-diversified across four main asset classes – global equities, global convertible securities, global investment-grade corporate bonds, and global high-yield bonds – which aims to provide investors with stable income and capital appreciation.”
