I want to build a world where everyone can be their full creative selves no matter where they work or live. We are committed to helping billions rethink culture, leadership, and team development and thrive with creativity.

InnovatorsBox®, a creative leadership firm which uses interactive programs and services to drive culture transformations and team development celebrates six years in business this year. The firm empowers corporations, professionals, educators, students, and entrepreneurs to unlock their creative mindset, adapt to change, and thrive in today’s complex workplaces. In celebration of the milestone, InnovatorsBox published its third impact report today, authored by Founder & CEO Monica H. Kang, which highlights their accomplishments and insights from 2019-2021 and future intentions moving into 2022.

According to Kang, the intention of InnovatorsBox has always been to make creativity and innovation accessible for all. And over the years Kang dove deeper into how creativity can fuel innovative culture, empathetic leaders, and a thoughtful workflow and operations that empowers all generations across industries. InnovatorsBox works with a wide range of global clients including Google, Samsung, NBCUniversal, Johns Hopkins University, and more.

“To change the way we work, we have to change the way we think. Creativity is not just for product development, it’s a way of thinking and seeing everything with more possibilities and curiosities. Unfortunately most of us grow up mistakenly thinking we’re not creative or that we can’t be unless we work in selective departments,” said Kang as she reflects on the purpose of InnovatorsBox’s services and work. “I want to build a world where everyone can be their full creative selves no matter where they work or live. We are committed to helping billions rethink culture, leadership, and team development and thrive with creativity,” said Kang.

Kang shared in the Impart Report that they have a commitment to societal transformation, one workshop and one community at a time. This is why when InnovatorsBox lost 90% of their business at the wake of the pandemic due to the in-person nature of their services, , Kang pivoted the business 100% online and expanded their capacity with InnovatorsBox Studios and InnovatorsBox Academy to make creativity learning more accessible. Now instead of being available to only the selective countries they could travel to, their services and creative production are now available globally, at all times. Under InnovatorsBox Studios, Kang and her team launched two award-winning podcasts – Dear Workplace and Curious Monica, created online games, produced music, created a cooking show, wrote a children’s book, published audiobooks, and provided all these services for other clients. Under InnovatorsBox Academy, Kang and her team provides key training in leadership, facilitation, management, and team development under the rethink series such as Rethink Facilitation.

“And we’re only getting started,” said Kang. “I’m humbled at what we learned in the past 6 years and I can’t wait to see where we’ll go from here with all the learnings to continue to help shift how we think, work and live with creativity. We’re here for the long run and we hope that each day we could help more people find hope, courage and curiosity in creativity to find their voice.”

In celebration of the anniversary, Kang has devoted monthly free resources in culture and team building for innovators to access, as well as highlighted different team members’ stories all at InnovatorsBox’s Blog at https://blog.innovatorsbox.com.
