The 23-year-old will be taking over as in-game leader.
K23 have announced the addition of Vladislav “FinigaN” Usov to their starting roster, plugging the hole left by Sanzhar “neaLaN” Iskhakov‘s transfer to Evil Geniuses. The announcement comes after the team qualified for the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Europe RMR, with FinigaN already on the roster for the open qualifier.
This marks the team’s third roster change of the year after Timur “clax” Sabirov and Konstantin “Raijin” Trubarov came in to replace the Outsiders-bound duo of Petr “fame” Bolyshev and David “n0rb3r7” Danielyan in June.

FinigaN completes the K23 roster
FinigaN‘s most notable previous team is Espada, where he played alongside Abdul “degster” Gasanov and Robert “Patsi” Isyanov. The lineup’s biggest success came near the end of its existence, with the team placing 5-6th in Dreamhack Open December 2020. They peaked at 27th in the world rankings before Spirit‘s acquisition of degster and Patsi led to roster disbanding.
The Russian rifler then spent some time bouncing around CIS teams, eventually finding a home in AVANGAR. This period was his most fruitful in terms of individual performance as he averaged a 1.21 rating, although the lineup mostly played lower-tier tournaments, achieving a 13-16th finish in ESEA Advanced Season 41 Europe.
With FinigaN‘s addition, K23 are now:
Bogdan “xsepower” Chernikov
Konstantin “Raijin” Trubarov
Timur “clax” Sabirov
Daniil “X5G7V” Maryshev
Vladislav “FinigaN” Usov
