spoke with
Libertex’s CMO about the company’s future plans to partner with Bayern Munich and how
sponsoring a football club can impact the retail broker’s branding.

Chailis
acknowledged that Libertex is proud to be a partner of Bayern starting in 2022 as part of the current agreement until 2025. However, he hopes the cooperation
will last longer.

“We’re
proud to be working alongside FC Bayern on a multi-year partnership and hope
that it will continue for the foreseeable future,” Chailis answered.

He
considered the opportunity to work with a successful team like Bayern Munich a ‘privilege’ and revealed that it provides significant exposure for Libertex’s
services and products to a large customer base. According to Statista, the
estimated number of Bayern Munich fans is 350 million, and multitudes of users
on social media follow the club’s players.

“For
Libertex, being associated with a renowned football club provides a significant
avenue for brand exposure to a large and passionate fan base,” Chailis
added.

The CMO of
Libertex concluded that its company and the football club share the same ideals
and passion for both business and sports. He sees this as an added value to the
cooperation, which undoubtedly allows Libertex to build greater brand
recognition among soccer fans.

Libertex recognized the potential of leveraging football for brand promotion and customer acquisition. Back in 2016, the broker firm established a contract with Colombian football star James Rodriguez, who took on the role of the company’s ambassador.
By 2019, Libertex expanded its influence in the football world by sponsoring Valencia FC, a well-regarded Spanish football club. This partnership lasted for two years. Moving forward to 2020, it was exclusively reported by Finance Magnates that Libertex continued its sports sponsorship strategy by aligning with the renowned British football club, Tottenham Hotspur.
