Litecoin (LTC) has recently become a Defi asset with a novel solution by Wanchain (WAN). With the latest release, Wanchain intends to bring digital silver to the tempestuous segment of decentralized finances.
Litecoin Becomes a Defi Asset by Wanchain
In accordance with the data revealed in the official press by the Wanchain Foundation, the team adds Litecoin (LTC) to the entourage of assets of its Defi project.
Talking about the other coins, blockchains of which have already been integrated by Wanchain interoperability mechanisms, they are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Wanchain, EOS, Ripple, and Binance Smart Chain with Litecoin being the latest addition in the list.
Well, after this release, the coin formed after forking Bitcoin, Litecoin can be traded and transferred with smart contracts that are compatible with EVM and are native to the Ethereum blockchain.
The Founder and CEO of Wanchain, Jack Lu said:
