Microsoft and Aptos Labs have announced a collaborative endeavor to integrate Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, thereby accelerating the mainstream adoption of web3 technologies.

Aptos Labs, co-founded by Mo Shaikh and Avery Ching, has been at the forefront of blockchain innovation, having raised over $400 million from industry stalwarts like a16z, Jump Crypto, and Apollo Global. Their Aptos Network, a cutting-edge Layer 1 blockchain, is renowned for its adaptability, user safety, and continuous improvement. It’s particularly notable for its utilization of the Move programming language.

According to the press release, the partnership’s centerpiece is the “Aptos Assistant,” a tool designed by Aptos Labs to bridge the gap between the conventional internet (web2) and the decentralized web3.
