MIR4, Free-to-Play Blockchain RPG Launches in the Philippines, Worldwide

A South Korean blockchain-based multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) MIR4 has already completed its testing and is now live in 170 countries, including the Philippines and available in 12 languages.

MIR4 will have its own token called “DRACO” that can be minted by playing the game. This can be exchanged to get a certain amount of Darksteel, an essential resource used in MIR4. (Check out more Play-to-earn articles on BitPinas.)

Further, DRACO tokens is a utility token which can be used in exchanging non-fungible tokens (NFT) on the NFT marketplace which is scheduled to be released next month.

Wemix, a global blockchain gaming platform founded in 2019 derived DRACO’s real value through its nominal value which covers dividend-based bonus. Wemix also included on their coin’s webpage that the intrinsic value of the coin, meanwhile, is based on the value of the resources derived from the game.

Currently, the game is playable on mobile android/iOs devices and can be downloaded on Steam for PC users.

MIR4 features includes the following:

(a) High level of character customization, allowing players to fine-tune their appearance

(b) ‘Clan’, which enables players to progress and grow with other clan members

(c) ‘Free loot’, which enables players to strategize and to compete for treasure dropped by the field boss

(d) ‘Mystery’, which gives the ability to travel around continents and unravel the hidden stories of MIR4

The game first launched in South Korea in November 2020 in which they ranked first on the download charts in major Korean app markets, giving them a solid player base. MIR4 also received positive feedback from global players in regards to its battle system among the clans fighting over ‘Valley,’ the major source of Darksteel.
