Political NFTs got a step closer today with the impending launch of the Patriot Pup Coin, a republican NFT movement designed to give back to war veterans, whilst also shining a light on issues within the political spectrum.

The cartoonesque designs incorporate some of the most renowned republican slogans and catchphrases, with a hairstyle synonymous to the 45th President of the United States – Donald Trump.

The artwork previews are starting to disseminate, with staunch advocacy for republicanism seeming to be on show.

These controversial memes are set to divide opinion depending on whether the user is Republican red, or Democrat blue – however, one key use case for the project revolves around the contribution to veterans charities.

With the purchase of each NFT, 50% of the commissions are donated to veterans aid in an ironclad commitment to supporting those who have fought for their country.

What are Patriot Pup NFTs?

Patriot Pup is a right-wing movement that looks to use NFTs in order to promote causes close to republicans.

The project looks to spread its ideals amongst younger conservatives, with the view to add further to ideological ranks. Seemingly taking particular aim at the current administration, the proposition looks to galvanise recent political movements including the “Let’s go Brandon” hype, as it looks to bridge the gap between political activism and NFTs.

The NFTs themselves are part of a 1000 mint series, with a variety of rarities and features distinguishing each piece. An emblazoned US flag decorates some pieces, with some intertextualities included referencing some of America’s biggest talking points and events.

A Patriot Pup sporting “The Donald” suit is one of the eye catchers in terms of design, with some references to “Make America Great Again” seen on some of the caps worn by the NFT characters.

Patriot Pup is soon to enter the presale stage, with a fair mint price from the outset being established.

Donating to Veterans Aid

Holders of Patriot Pup would seem to have one thing in common, and that is general discontent with the current democrat administration within the US.

One of the key reasons being, as per the Patriot Pup website – the lack of support from the Biden administration with funding the care of veterans.

The project looks to provide support to veterans through a variety of Tier 1 and Tier 2 NFTs, with varying commission amounts as per the mint price – going directly to charities in need. As much as 50% per NFT commission is donated, with all donations accounted for on the blockchain.

Next Steps for Patriot Pup

The NFT launch is full steam ahead, due to get underway in just over a month. In the meantime, a full whitelist will be created and community members will be able to apply.

The project will undergo an AMA tour, targeting a variety of US-based communities that may look to purchase republican NFTs. As they are niche in terms of their audience, the NFTs will predominantly be sold to Americans with right-wing ties.

It’s rumoured that the project will allow for up to 300 whitelists, as initial buying pressure on the mint is created across both tiers 1 and 2.

Following a successful NFT launch, the Patriot Pup native token will be launched proper – with further sizeable donations being made to veterans in need. The initial 1000 mints will be a sign as to the potential of the project going forward.
