Ripple vs SEC Lawsuit Update: Hinman’s Documents May be Revealed in the Next 30 Days

The Ripple vs SEC lawsuit is becoming increasingly interesting, favoring the XRP Army as the price continues to show acute strength. The SEC had previously filed a motion to seal Hinman’s speech documents, which was denied by the court. Further to this, both parties filed a joint letter seeking a week’s extension, which has been granted by the court.

A popular Defense lawyer and an ex-federal prosecutor, James K. Filan, has been closely monitoring the case since the start and has been providing every minute detail of all the proceedings in the case. In his recent tweet, the lawyer shed light on this recent development.

Both parties have filed for an extension which also incorporates Hinman’s Speech of 2018 when he was the director of SEC. In his speech, he expressed his views that Ether or ETH shouldn’t be labeled as a ‘safety’. Some of the crypto enthusiasts find the joint petition as ‘bizarre’ as these redactions had been carried out in the primary time round.

Amid the advancements of the Ripple vs SEC case, the company has launched a CBDC platform for smooth cross-border payments. Besides, the XRP price has been displaying huge bullish momentum as it is printing consecutive bullish candles. Although, the bears are trying to restrict the rally, yet the bulls may soon resume their actions in the next few hours.
