Shift4 Names Nancy Disman as CFO

American payment processing company, Shift4 recently announced that the company has selected Nancy Disman, former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at TSYS Merchant Solutions, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Disman joins Shift4 from Intrado where she worked for approximately five years. The newly appointed CFO at Shift4 has more than 20 years of experience in the payment industry. She started her career with Ernst and Young and worked with the company for over five years.

“Nancy is a payments industry veteran who brings a compelling blend of well-honed operating skills, financial discipline, and transformational leadership abilities,” said Jared Isaacman, Chairman and CEO of Shift4. “It has been a pleasure working alongside her these last few years in her Board capacity and I am excited to have her join our leadership team.”
