Bitmart has to stop accepting registrations of new accounts or users in Mainland China to be able to comply with the local laws and policies implemented. Bitmart has decided to stop serving its users residing in Mainland China from the start of 30th November 2021. To comply with the transition, Bitmart has requested its users to go by the instructions to avoid any chaos.
Bitmart stopped accepting any new user registration from the users in the area of Mainland China since 28th September 2021. Also, Bitmart has also stopped with the procedures of KYC verification in regard to the user accounts in Mainland China. And from the 15th November 2021, Bitmart has decided to stop accepting any deposit funds from users in Mainland China.
It is highly recommended to all the users present in Mainland China to cancel all their pending orders and they are also requested to withdraw their assets before the scheduled closing time mentioned. BitMart will be suspending all its users in Mainland China from trading, login, or withdrawal services. The pending orders shall be automatically canceled on the scheduled date.
From 28th September 2021, Bitmart stopped accepting users from mainland China for joining any of its promotional events. If any user joined before the date, they shall be distributed the reward as qualified by them.
Bitmart has stopped any kind of reward distribution of deflationary tokens to the users in Mainland China. If any such user had subscribed to the flexible earning services, they are requested to immediately redeem their benefits. And if the users registered for fixed earning products, it shall be redeemed as per the ending time along with interest and principal that shall be automatically transferred.
