This summer it’s not just Blockchain.com customer numbers that continue to grow. Our team continues to expand to meet the challenge of relentlessly building the future of finance. In recent weeks we’ve hired a number of key leaders to the company, bolstering our team’s experience and capabilities.
I’m especially excited to welcome Mimi Brady to our management team. Mimi joins us from Austin, Texas and will serve as our first VP of Customer Success.Having spent more than 7 years at Dropbox, almost half of which as a founding member of the Enterprise Strategy team, Mimi knows what it means to play a leading role in scaling a tech business. Notably, she spent the last 2+ years as Dropbox’s Head of Customer Success, and we can’t wait to see the impact she will continue to drive with us.
We wouldn’t be here without the customers who have signed up and used our products over the past decade. We hope that by investing in Customer Success we can continue to improve the experience of onboarding into crypto, of using our products and features, and truly empowering anyone anywhere to control their Money.
