The Polish retail broker, X-Trade Brokers (XTB) has
appointed Jens Chrzanowski as the Director of its German branch.

The broker said Chrzanowski took over the German
Office on Thursday, September 1, stepping into the shoes of Eliza Dygutowicz who
departed XTB after 13-years.

Jens Chrzanowski Leaves Admiral Markets after 11 Years

Admiral Markets AS, operating as Admirals, announced the resignation of its long-standing executive, Jens Chrzanowski on Tuesday. He stepped down from the Management Board of the broker on 1 September 2022.

Chrzanowski parts from Admirals after serving 11 years at the company. He joined the brokerage in mid-2011 as the Regional Director of Germany, Austria, Swiss and the Netherlands, and he became a part of the board in early 2017.

Demetrios Zamboglou Leaves CFI Financial, Joins Doto as Group CEO

On Wednesday, Securrency Capital announced the hiring of two industry veterans, Neale Croutear-Foy and Chris Pugh.

Croutear-Foy became the new Chief Technology Officer, while Pugh is appointed as the Head of Product Delivery. Both of them will report to Phil Langton, the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

The two appointments came only months after the firm secured an operational license from the Abu Dhabi regulator that allows it to deal in investments as a matched principal and provide custodian services.

Invast Global Onboards Cyrus Poon as Managing Director for Prime Services

Invast Global has strengthened its leadership team with Cyrus Poon as the Managing Director of its Prime Services, the company announced on Thursday.

Poon joined the Australian broker from BNY Mellon, a company he parted from after 12 years as the Director and Responsible Manager. There, he took ownership of all trading functions of Pershing Securities Australia that including domestic and offshore agency execution, trading infrastructure, stock lending and forex.

FairXchange Hires Martin Bradford in New COO Role

On Thursday, FairXchange announced onboarding Martin Bradford as the new Chief Operating Officer.

Bradford is a finance professional with broad experience, bringing more than two decades of diversified industry experience within both the technology and finance space to his new role.

Veteran Nick Spencer-Skeen Joins UAE-Based Trading Platform Provider

Nick Spencer-Skeen has joined Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based APM Capital Limited as a Senior Executive Officer.

APM Capital Limited was established in May 2021 and provides order execution and trading platforms to industry actors.

Spencer-Skeen left StoneX Group, an institutional-grade financial services network, in December last year.

BidX Markets Hires James Roddy as Head of Institutional Sales

London-based BidX Markets has enhanced its executive team with the latest addition of James Roddy as the Head of Institutional Sales. He will report directly to the BidX CEO, Simon Blackledge and will be based in London.

According to the announcement on Tuesday, Roddy will support the clients of the company with their trading needs. Further, he will ensure smooth access to BidX’s liquidity and its client service team.

Andrew Tobin to Replace Outgoing Gillian Larkins as ASX CFO

On Tuesday, the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) announced the appointment of Andrew Tobin. He will join the stock exchange on 5 September 2022 as the new Chief Financial Officer and will replace Gillian Larkins who has resigned from the post.

Additionally, ASX added that with Tobin onboard, the company’s strategy function division will move under the CFO portfolio.

Tobin is joining the Sydney-based exchange from Challenger Limited where she spent more than 13 years of which the last nine years as the CFO. Before that, he served Commonwealth Bank for five years, first as the General Manager of Enterprise Initiatives and then in Finance, Premium and Business Services.

He began his career in the financial industry in 1987 at KPMG and has also worked with MLC Australia and Landlease.

Australian Broker ACY Securities Promotes Alla Darwish to MD MENA

ACY Securities has promoted Alla Darwish to the position of Managing Director of the MENA region.

Darwish spent almost three years in the previous position as its Head of Sales and Marketing for the MENA region which he started in October 2019.

The executive shared the update on his new appointment on Thursday on LinkedIn. However, his profile shows that he took on the new position earlier in June.

Eurotrader Onboards Exinity’s Martin Couper as Head of Global Compliance

Eurotrader has hired Martin Couper, a former executive at the forex group Exinity, as its Head of Global Compliance.

Finance Magnates reported that Marcelo Spina joined Eurotrader last week as the new Group CEO.

Couper’s LinkedIn profile shows that he joined Eurotrader in May 2022 and has been in this role for four months now.
