Your Bourse’s COO Kate Rutkovskaya Announces Her Resignation

Kate Rutkovskaya, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Your Bourse, a London-based technology provider to forex and contract for differences (CFD) brokers, has resigned.

Rutkovskaya, who became Your Bourse’s COO in April 2020, announced her resignation on Wednesday on LinkedIn.

Her LinkedIn work history shows that she left the role in July 2022.

The C-suite executive spent two years and four months in the capacity before her exit from the company. She spent almost three years altogether.

She had joined Your Bourse as a Business Development Manager in November 2019, spending six months in the role before getting promoted to COO.

“After almost 3 years, I stepped down as COO of Your Bourse with my heart full of gratitude and wishes for the best of success for my beloved YB team that had become a second family to me,” she wrote on LinkedIn.

“I believe we’ve built an amazing product, and I am proud to have been a part of this success,” she added.

The COO

During her time at Your Bourse, Rutkovskaya was responsible for designing and implementing the firm’s business processes and remote operations.

She oversaw the firm’s daily operations in information technology, development, finance, onboarding and technical support.

Among other things, Rutkovskaya as Your Bourse’s COO managed the company’s product development.

These included performing duties such as collecting feedback and business requirements from clients and managing product backlog.

In addition, she acted as a Scrum Master and facilitated Sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings as Your Bourse’s COO.

Between August 2014 and January 2016, Rutkovskaya was the Vice President of Business Development at Admiral Markets Group.

At the online forex and CFD trading provider, Rutkovskaya helped to build the firm’s liquidity pool for its product and electronic communication network.
