Life insurer AIA Singapore has made several key executive appointments, including Irma Hadikusuma as Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer, effective 1 December 2023, and Peter Lee as Chief Technology Officer, starting 20 November 2023.
Additionally, Melita Teo, currently serving as Chief Customer and Digital Officer, has been named Chief Executive Officer designate at AIA Philippines, also effective 1 December 2023.
Irma Hadikusuma
Hadikusuma, in her previous role as Chief Product Proposition Officer, significantly contributed to AIA Singapore by developing customer-centric solutions.
Her new role will integrate marketing and proposition functions, aiming to enhance the company’s health and wealth strategies. Hadikusuma’s career includes pivotal roles in product development and business strategy, both locally and regionally.
Peter Lee
Lee, as the incoming Chief Technology Officer, will spearhead the development of advanced technology strategies to support AIA Singapore’s vision and business goals.
His focus will be on customer experience enhancements, aligning with Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives, and improving operational efficiencies.
Lee’s extensive career spans over three decades, with notable leadership roles in various international insurance and finance companies.
Melita Teo
Teo’s appointment as CEO designate at AIA Philippines follows her 22-year tenure with AIA Singapore, where she played a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and digital capabilities.
