Evoke Consulting is pleased to announce it has been certified for ISO 27001:2013, re-certified for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and appraised at Maturity Level 3 for CMMI®-SVC V2.0 and CMMI®-DEV V2.0.
These successful milestones reflect a sustained campaign to further establish a quality and service delivery system with current industry standards across information security, quality, service delivery, and development. This system builds upon Evoke’s established quality management approach and refreshes governance with the addition of automated reporting dashboards and workflows and communication mechanisms. These systems are designed to be scalable and adaptable to the needs of Evoke’s clients, workforce, and partners.
During this campaign, Evoke added the ISO 27001:2013 certification to its growing list of internationally recognized credentials to better defend internal information systems against evolving threats and enable client and employee data to remain private and secure.
These new and expanded Quality and Service Delivery framework achievements demonstrate Evoke’s continued commitment to mature the organization in line with growth.

Steel Toad performed appraisals with Evoke for CMMI®-SVC 2.0 and CMMI®-DEV 2.0. Quality Systems Registrars, Inc. performed the re-certification audit for ISO 9001:2015. National Quality Assurance-USA, Inc. performed the re-certification audit for ISO 20000-1:2018 and the new certification audit for ISO 27001:2013.
