Invictus Gaming announce international roster

Invictus International has announced the signing of a new roster, consisting of Russian, Israeli, and Iraqi players, while temporarily putting their domestic division on hold. The team led by ex-forZe rifler Dmitriy “facecrack” Alekseyev has set its sights on the RMR cycle for the BLAST Paris Major in 2023.

The core of the roster attended the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Asia RMR in October under the JiJieHao International moniker but failed to make it to the Major after placing 3rd following losses to Grayhound and IHC.

facecrack is tasked with leading the Invictus International roster

The Invictus International roster consists of four ex-JiJieHao International members in facecrack, Vadim “DavCost” Vasilyev, Tal “meztal” Hahiashvili, and Mori “MOREE” Mizrahi, alongside new addition Bebu “Bibu” Aadil. The Russian duo is well-known in the lower reaches of the European scene, as facecrack represented the forZe roster for almost four years, famously finishing 2nd at BLAST Pro Series Moscow in 2019. DavCost first made his name in FlipSid3, with whom he attended three Majors, before representing Spirit for over three years.

meztal and MOREE have first played together in the domestic squads of Uniquestars and NOM, before reuniting in the JiJieHao International roster that now switched organizations to Invictus International. The last addition to the squad is Bibu, who joins from NASR, with whom he attended the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2021.

The squad has already made its debut for the organization in the Thunderpick Bitcoin Series 2, where they currently sit on a 2-1 record in the Swiss System following victories against PROSPECTS and Endpoint.
