00:01 Movistar Riders failed to make the EU RMR for a second consecutive time

The biggest upset of the day came in the final round of play, the round of 64, with Movistar Riders falling to Sashi on Nuke. A poor T-side by the Spaniards proved insurmountable on the defense as they were eliminated 13-16.

The Riders had a poor start to the season in the RMR qualifiers after losing star AWPer SunPayus

Many of the biggest contenders remain in contention, with Astralis leading the charge. The Danes will have a grudge match against los kogutos in the round of 32, as they were eliminated by the Poles in the previous qualifier.

HEET, Apeks, Finest, GamerLegion, SAW, BLUEJAYS, Entropiq, 1WIN, SKADE and Owen “smooya” Butterfield‘s Benched Heroes are all among the teams still alive and fighting for one of the six coveted spots.

22:40 HEET suffer but prevail in overtime victory on Overpass, SINNERS and AVANGAR out

HEET were on the brink of elimination, facing match point against FFFW, but they managed to turn things around by securing overtime and following it up with a 22-18 victory in extra rounds. The Frenchmen will now play Nexus in their final match of the day.

HEET suffered in their round of 128 match, but triumphed in the end

Movistar Riders also struggled early on in their match against SHADE, but came back to win 16-11, while Astralis rushed to a 16-4 victory in their round of 128 match and will now face Budapest Five with hopes of making it to the second day of play. Two notable teams to exit at this stage are SINNERS and AVANGAR.
