hades replaces anarkez in Finest

The Polish AWPer will ply his trade for Finest on a loan deal from ENCE.

Finest have secured the services ENCE AWPer Olek “⁠hades⁠” Miskiewicz on loan from the Finnish organization. The Pole is replacing Guy “⁠anarkez⁠” Trachtman on the roster after the organization and player parted ways earlier on Monday after a 13-month partnership.

The changes come shortly after Finest‘s failure to qualify for IEM Road to Rio 2022 Europe as they finished outside of the top eight in all four open qualifiers for the RMR event with losses to the likes of flowstate and Forward.

anarkez was the longest-standing member of Finest, having joined in July 2021 during a period of instability for the squad. The 22-year-old averaged a 1.13 rating during his time with the organization, powering them to victories at Pinnacle Cup IV, ESEA Advanced Season 38 Europe, and various online cash cups.

A fourth-place finish at Pinnacle Cup Championship 2022 resulted in Finest‘s all-time peak as the squad claimed the No.19 spot in the rankings. The team has since plateaued and currently sits on the No. 22 mark.

ENCE announce hades benching

hades joins Finest after a fruitful period as a member of ENCE during their victories at LOOT.BET Season 9 and Funspark ULTI 2021 Europe Playoffs 1, as well as the team’s incredible run of form in early 2022, when they reached the finals of ESL Pro League Season 15 and IEM Dallas.

The AWPer’s performances slowed down significantly after April, and ENCE made the decision to replace the Pole with Alvaro “⁠SunPayus⁠” Garcia following the Spaniard’s impressive stint with Movistar Riders.

hades and coach Jędrzej “⁠Bogdan⁠” Rokita were both part of AVEZ in early 2020, but the AWPer remained on the inactive roster throughout the skipper’s tenure in the squad.
