Lightware recruits Siegfried Hermann in EMEA VP role

Lightware Visual Engineering has appointed Siegfried Hermann as vice-president of business development for the EMEA region.

Hermann has been in the AV industry for almost 25 years. He spent almost two decades at Crestron, including six years managing the DACH region, with responsibility for sales and personnel.

The manufacturer of matrix switchers, signal extenders and accessories for the professional AV market has also strengthened its UK team by recruiting Charlie Sullivan as head of business development and Chris Brzostowski as channel account manager.

Sullivan will focus on steering and cultivating relationships with Lightware’s consultants and end-users across the UK. He has 12 years’ business development expertise across manufacturing and end users in the professional AV and stadia/arena sectors, and joined Lightware from ZeeVee, where he was head of business development for the UK and Ireland. Sullivan has specialised in large-scale AV projects for high-profile projects such as the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Ferrari World and the Samsung Centre King’s Cross visitor experience.

Brzostowski will take a lead role in managing and developing relationships with Lightware’s system integrators. He began his career with True Colours (Midwich), before holding senior positions at Atlona and Videlio, then joining NEC as channel account manager for its London and South region. Brzostowski’s most recent role was as business development manager at Hypervsn, where he increased sales and worked with end users, system integrators and distribution partner PSCo.
