Releases Recap: October 17 – 21

This week, we released a bunch of titles and updates across the Quest and Rift Platforms. Here’s a rundown of the highlights:

Interkosmos 2000 – Sandbox Mode
Go to space. Save the Future. Try not to Die. Welcome (back) to the world of Interkosmos 2000, now with Sandbox Mode, which gives you complete freedom of movement. Sandbox Mode contains no story or radio talking, and allows you to explore Earth’s orbit at your own pace. Look at the beauty of space, test orbital mechanics, and go where very few have gone before. The sky is yours. There are also two historical spacecraft for you to discover—the first artificial satellite in space (Sputnik) and the newest NASA capsule for the Artemis mission (Orion). And with the addition of some amazing new technology, you can now speed up the flow of time! Hold down the X button to fast forward.

The Halloween Update features four new levels (for one new spooky mission), a new weapon (the Shotgun), new enemies, and a new boss fight.

Warplanes: WW1 Fighters – Multiplayer & Improvements
Update 4.0 is now available for Warplanes: WW1 Fighters. It introduces a number of changes and fixes that revamp the game and add new functionality to the multiplayer. The first change you’ll notice is the graphics. Update 4.0 improves the skies, shaders and terrain, aircraft lighting, and reflections in the water, using some of the knowledge gained developing Warplanes: Battles Over Pacific. There’s also a new standalone multiplayer mode, where all planes are available from the start and fully upgraded, players gain experience that unlocks more ranks, hosts can select which planes are allowed in a session, and more. You can still access Legacy Multiplayer as before, from within the Campaign.

Perfect For: Fans of Warplanes: Battles Over Pacific, Shooty Skies Overdrive, and Ultrawings 2
Developer: Home Net Games
Available On: Quest Platform // Rift Platform
