Harman launches the AMX Varia range of touch panels

Harman Professional Solutions has introduced the AMX Varia family of professional-grade touch panels, which is available in two styles.

The Varia comes in 8″, 10.1″ and 15.6″ screen sizes, which can be mounted to a wall, glass, VESA-mount or a tabletop via an optional accessory. The Varia SL – which is optimised for in-wall installations, utilising standard single-gang electrical boxes – is available in two sizes: 5.5″ and 8″.

The Varia can be transformed into a full-screen, frameless web kiosk for accessing way-finding, hotelling or custom control apps; a dedicated Zoom Rooms Controller; an AMX Book Room scheduling panel; or an AMX G5 control panel.

Integrated speakers, microphones and a front-facing HD camera enable telephony and video conferencing apps to be utilised effectively. Built-in NFC, proximity sensing and ambient light sensing empower advanced environment integration. The side LEDs on the panels can also be configured to any one of more than 16 million colours.
